    Our retreat program includes:

    Will run during class time and will include daily dharmacakras, kaos'ikii, tandava and activities to introduce our philosophy and practices to our children. The program will be designed based on the number and ages of the children attending and will include a program by the children for the general retreat.

    Meals

    Delicious, organic, sentient, lacto-vegetarian meals will be served. Vegan, wheat-free/gluten-free options can be arranged with early registration.

    Accomodations

    Dormitory style with bunks in both huts and a lodge. Huts sleep 2 to 6 (no heat), and the lodge sleeps 12 to 34 (with heat). Tenting is not possible. A limited number of rooms with private baths may be available at the site for an extra charge. If you are interested in this arrangement, please contact the retreat center and make a private reservation (your retreat fees may be adjusted depending on overall attendance). People with special needs are encouraged to register as early as possible.

    What to Bring

    Days are in the high 70s/low 80s, nights in the 40s. Bedding - Blanket/mat for asanas - Towel & Toiletries - Flashlight - Appropriate, comfortable summer clothing (knees and shoulders covered) - Notebook and pen - Musical instruments - Slip-on shoes/sandals.

    Drugs, alcohol and tobacco are not allowed on premises.

    Fees for Early Bird Registration by May 15, 2008 (retreat starts 4 PM on Monday, ends 9 AM on Sunday)

    After May 15 fees increase by $50. Help us plan by registering early.

Please send a $25 non-refundable deposit made out to Ananda Marga NA, 830 Pismo Court, San Diego, CA 92109 to reserve your space (50% due by early registration date) or pay online.   • Take Hwy 24 to Woodland Park (From I-25, exit 141 in Colorado Springs, go west 19 mi.)
  • Turn north on Hwy 67. Go 4 miles
  • Left at Templed Hills sign.

  • Head west on New Castle St toward Rap Ave
  • Continue on E 78th Ave
  • Turn left at Jackson Gap St
  • Turn right onto the Pena Blvd W ramp
  • Merge onto Pena Blvd
  • Take exit 6A for E-470 Tollway S toward I-70
  • Keep left at the fork to continue toward E-470 S and merge onto E-470 S
  • Take exit 1A to merge onto I-25 S toward Colorado Springs - follow directions above.
